Enterprise overview
Orvanta ships in editions that share one platform. The Enterprise edition adds the governance, security, and scale capabilities that larger organisations need to run automation in production.
What Enterprise adds
Section titled “What Enterprise adds”| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| Single sign-on (SSO) | Authenticate via your identity provider, with role mapping from your directory. SAML and SCIM require Enterprise. |
| Advanced RBAC | Fine-grained, per-connection permissions and custom roles beyond the built-in set. |
| Audit logging | A complete, exportable record of who changed or ran what, and when. Starts at the Business edition. |
| Worker isolation | Dedicated worker pools so sensitive workloads run on isolated infrastructure. |
| Higher limits | Increased concurrency, retention, and rate limits for high-volume workloads. |
| Priority support | SLAs and direct support channels, by quote. |
Process orchestration (BPMN, DMN decision tables, and CMMN case models) is not Enterprise-exclusive — it’s included starting at the Business edition. See the editions table below.
Editions
Section titled “Editions”| Edition | Best for |
|---|---|
| Solo | A single developer getting started with automation. |
| Teams | Growing teams that need collaboration and shared workflows. |
| Business | Larger teams that need self-hosting, more seats, operational visibility (audit logs, autoscaling, git-sync deployment), and process orchestration (BPMN, DMN, CMMN). |
| Enterprise | Organisations with compliance, SSO, and dedicated support requirements. Pricing is by quote. |
An unlicensed, self-hosted instance runs at Trial limits, equivalent to Solo. Business and Enterprise features can be run on Orvanta Cloud or on a self-hosted deployment, depending on your data residency and compliance needs; Solo and Teams are Orvanta Cloud only.
