Workspace Default App
Overview
Section titled “Overview”A workspace can designate one app as its default: any operator who logs into that workspace is dropped straight into it instead of the usual workspace home. It’s an Enterprise-tier feature.
Key requirements
Section titled “Key requirements”The default app has to actually be shared with every operator in the workspace before you turn this on — an operator who can’t open the app will otherwise hit a dead end on login.
Setup instructions
Section titled “Setup instructions”Set it from workspace settings: pick the app to use as the default, then save. Only admins can change it.
User experience
Section titled “User experience”Once set, an operator lands in the chosen app immediately on entering the workspace, skipping the workspace home screen entirely — useful when a workspace exists to serve a single self-service tool rather than as a general Orvanta workspace.
